Meet our Founders Mark and Diana Huha
In 1993 Mark and Diana started their business and have grown it primarily by the many referrals of satisfied and happy HOA Property Managers Board Members.
As the CEO of Quality Property Maintenance, Mark gained extensive experience in various facets of construction since 1972. Extremely competent at quickly diagnosing problems and skilled at providing sage advice on solutions to handle many complicated construction and maintenance situations, he served the San Diego community until his passing in 2019. Diana now heads QPM and has many years of experience in how to keep a company running smoothly and efficiently.
Meet our Team
Our technicians have over 220 years of combined experience in the maintenance field including, but not limited to – drywall, electrical, plumbing, welding, concrete, carpentry, glass work, painting and much more. Our dedicated and efficient office staff has 38 years of combined experience in customer service, management, and project coordination. Our entire team is composed of experienced and highly skilled individuals whose common goal is to provide the highest quality of service in everything they do.

Brodie Frost, Account Manager
Brodie’s many years of broad-spectrum maintenance and employee administration experience with U.S. and International companies such as Guardsman and Valspar International make him a vital part of the company and a valuable resource to both QPM as well as its customers. Brodie is known throughout the property maintenance industry for his keen ability to recognize potential challenges and provide cost effective and time sensitive solutions.
Mark Guth, Account Manager
Mark has been a General Contractor for over 20 years specializing in tenant improvement, facilities maintenance, commercial construction and high-end residential construction. Mark has his degree in Architectural Design and Drafting. His many years of industry knowledge and expertise from the pre-construction to post-construction phase helps our customers achieve their long-term property maintenance goals.
Work Order Department
Our Work Order Department team understands that responding to every request promptly is crucial to getting the job done. Thorough knowledge of property maintenance and repair makes this department function like a finely tuned instrument. Our customers benefit from their experiences in property management, property maintenance, office administration, technical expertise, and customer service.
