Job description

As a property repair technician with Quality Property Maintenance, you will work independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities may include:

• Working on multiple job sites per day
• Communicating with internal management regarding job status and updates
• Completing tasks that involve multiple construction trades within allotted timeframes
• Using internal work order software to document job progress, purchases, and job photos
• Representing QPM in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Occasional required overtime

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Must have a working truck
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Must have a minimum of four years’ experience working in construction or property maintenance that includes at least three of the following trades –
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Drywall
  • Stucco
  • Painting
  • Masonry
  • Concrete
  • Welding
• Must have experience with the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings, or other structures
• Must be able to perform construction tasks involving physical labor and can lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
